Gregor Drugowitsch, Company Director & Executive Producer Gregor is a successful entrepreneur with a passion for the film and music industries. His other business ventures have given him a proven 14-year track record in sales, management, direct marketing, customer acquisition, and administration. A results oriented leader, he brings to the company those elements necessary to any successful venture: crystal clear vision, defined goals, accountability, and the ability to recruit talented individuals. Leigh Carapeto, Producer and Project Manager Leigh has been working in Production in Queensland for the past 6 years on numerous high end Music Videos, Short Films and Television Series. She started out as Production Manager for the highly acclaimed Squareyed Films, working on videos for the likes of silverchair, The Whitlams, Alex Lloyd and George. She then did a stint at one of Australia’s first and most successful reality television shows Big Brother, devising various torture techniques in the task department. After producing a PFTC funded short film she decided to try her hand at crew representation, running Essential Crew, one of the largest technician’s agencies in Australia. Now she is focusing her experience and expertise on her first passion, filmmaking, developing multiple projects with Rich Vein. Michael Craft, Director The artistic and creative director, Michael, is a highly sought after young director who has worked in Brisbane, Los Angeles and London. His short films have played at over forty international film festivals including the Rhode Island, Brussels and Houston International Film Festivals. In a short period of time he has built an impressive body of work including award winning music videos, short films, documentaries, corporate videos and commercials. He is represented by Mosaic Media and ICM in Los Angeles.
